The primary objective will be to resolve the issue described in 15 minutes or less. Other issues may come up and may be resolved as time permits. Addtional support is available in 15 minute increments.

What if you can't resolve the primary issue?
There will be no charge. Payment is made after your problem is solved to your satisfaction.

Do you provide step-by-step instructions?
Using WebEx, all the work is done on your computer. All you need to do is watch and take notes.

Can you provide more in-depth support?
